This item is made especially for you, and production only starts once you placed your order; we do not hold stock of this item. Made-to-Order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the order delivery.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day the Customer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer acquires, physical possession of the goods.

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE

Made-to-order items, custom-made items or items made in the customer’s own material (COM) can not be returned, exchanged or refunded. Deposits are non-refundable.
